As the summer season approaches, this visit offers a simple way to gain clarity from the ground, with on-site supervision, photographic documentation, and a written report:

The visit allows up to 3 hours on site and may include:

  • Visual property check
    A general on-site review to confirm that the property appears in good condition.

  • Specific concern review
    Checking a particular issue requested by the owner, such as humidity, access, appliances, windows, exterior areas, or visible damage.

  • Delivery or installation supervision
    Local presence when a delivery, appliance, furniture item, or installation is scheduled.

  • Post-intervention verification
    Confirming that everything is in order after a repair, provider visit, installation, or agreed intervention.

  • Photographic documentation
    Clear photos of the relevant areas, details, or items checked during the visit.

  • Written report
    A concise summary of what was checked, what was observed, and whether any follow-up is recommended.

The Non-Rental Plan

For owners who spend part of the year away, the Non-Rental Plan provides continuity: the property is checked, cared for, cleaned, and kept ready, so returning home feels simple.

It includes:

  • Monthly scheduled visit
    A planned on-site visit to check the visible condition of the property.

  • Cleaning and home readiness
    At each scheduled visit, the property is cleaned and kept in order, helping ensure the house is ready for your arrival.

  • Visible mail check
    A visible check of correspondence, with notice or photo when relevant.

  • Minor practical checks
    Small practical matters may be handled when appropriate, such as replacing a light bulb or identifying something that requires attention.

  • Maintenance coordination when required
    If a repair, provider visit, or specialised intervention is needed, Luzsur can help coordinate with selected local providers. These works are arranged separately and agreed in advance.

  • Owner communication
    Clear communication when something needs attention, with next steps discussed before any relevant action is taken.

  • Structured visual report
    Photographic documentation and a written summary after the visit, so the owner has a clear picture from a distance.

  • Specific photo checks
    Additional photos of particular areas or items when reasonably requested by the owner.

Professional Interior Improvement Review

As part of the Summer Welcome Offer, this plan includes an annual professional interior improvement review.

Carried out with professional interior design criteria, the review identifies practical ways to improve comfort, usability, presentation, atmosphere, and long-term value.

Any implementation is optional and arranged separately.

The Rental Plan

Designed for properties that combine private use with short-term rental activity.

The Rental Plan provides regular supervision and operational structure for homes that also receive guests, helping maintain condition, presentation, and consistency between stays.

It is suited to owners who want the property to remain cared for, guest-ready, and professionally monitored, with clear procedures and defined service boundaries.

For owners renting from abroad, the Rental Plan helps protect standards between stays, keeping the property guest-ready, documented, and consistently monitored.

It includes:

  • Monthly scheduled supervision
    One monthly supervision visit when no guest check-out cycle takes place that month. When a guest check-out cycle takes place, the monthly supervision is integrated into that operational visit.

  • Up to three guest check-out cycles
    Supervision of up to three guest check-out cycles per month, including visual inspection, cleaning, reset, and basic readiness after each stay.

  • Cleaning and property reset
    Cleaning and basic preparation after guest use, helping ensure the home returns to a clean, orderly, and presentable condition.

  • Structured visual report
    Photographic documentation and a written summary so the owner has a clear picture of the property from a distance.

  • Provider coordination when required
    Coordination with selected local providers when maintenance, repair, or specialised intervention is needed. These works are arranged separately and agreed in advance.

  • Standards consistency
    Regular oversight to help preserve the condition, presentation, and guest-readiness of the property over time.

  • Owner communication
    Clear communication when something requires attention, with next steps discussed before any relevant action is taken.

  • Available separately: guest communication and additional guest coordination, when required.
